Cancellation Policy

Booking a session reserves dedicated time just for you. To keep the schedule running smoothly and to honor the work we do together, please review the following policies before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens, and I understand things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. This gives me time to offer the spot to someone else who may be waiting. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged half of the session fee. No call+No show (no communication) clients will be charged the complete session fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. This helps keep the day flowing for everyone. The full session fee applies regardless of the time remaining. No‑Shows If you miss your appointment without notice or communication, the full session fee will be charged. After two no‑shows, future bookings may require prepayment. Payment Payment is due at the time of service. Some sessions or repeat no‑shows may require prepayment. Illness If you’re feeling sick, please reschedule. Energy work and bodywork are most supportive when your system is able to receive them. If you arrive visibly ill, I may need to reschedule your session for another day. Communication If anything feels unclear or you need help adjusting your appointment, please reach out. I’m happy to help you find the right session length, add‑ons, or timing. These policies are in place to protect the work, the schedule, and the nervous systems of everyone involved — both the client and our staff. Thank you for honoring them with care.
