Service Description
Reiki is a gentle, prayerful energy‑based therapy that helps the body shift out of stress and into deep parasympathetic rest. It supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a sense of quiet clarity that settles all the way down into the bones. Reiki feels warm, grounding, and deeply calming — like your whole system finally exhales. During this 60‑minute session, you’ll lie comfortably on the table while I place my hands lightly on or just above specific points on the body. These placements follow the flow of the body’s natural energy pathways: head, shoulders, torso, hips, knees, and feet. The touch is still, intentional, and deeply soothing. You may feel warmth, tingling, waves of relaxation, or simply a sense of peaceful heaviness. Some people drift into sleep; others stay awake but feel their mind slow and soften. There is no pressure, no manipulation, and no “doing” required from you — Reiki meets you exactly where you are. As the session unfolds, the body often begins to release tension you didn’t realize you were holding. Breath deepens. Muscles soften. The nervous system unwinds. Many clients describe feeling lighter, clearer, or more emotionally balanced afterward. Some notice subtle shifts for hours or even days — a sense of being more grounded, more present, or more connected to themselves. For those wanting an even deeper reset, Reiki can be paired with sound therapy in a 90‑minute combination session that blends grounding stillness with vibrational clarity. Reiki is also available as a 30‑minute enhancement to any massage. This shorter add‑on is a beautiful way to introduce energy work into your session. I love when clients choose this option — the Reiki portion gives me valuable insight into your body’s patterns, tension points, and energetic “story,” allowing me to tailor the massage with far more precision and effectiveness. Clients who pair Reiki with massage often experience deeper release, more clarity, and a longer‑lasting sense of ease. Whether you’re seeking emotional support, nervous system calm, spiritual grounding, or simply a moment of quiet stillness, Reiki offers a gentle, supportive space for your body to rest and reset.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a session reserves dedicated time just for you. To keep the schedule running smoothly and to honor the work we do together, please review the following policies before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens, and I understand things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. This gives me time to offer the spot to someone else who may be waiting. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged half of the session fee. No call+No show (no communication) clients will be charged the complete session fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. This helps keep the day flowing for everyone. The full session fee applies regardless of the time remaining. No‑Shows If you miss your appointment without notice or communication, the full session fee will be charged. After two no‑shows, future bookings may require prepayment. Payment Payment is due at the time of service. Some sessions or repeat no‑shows may require prepayment. Illness If you’re feeling sick, please reschedule. Energy work and bodywork are most supportive when your system is able to receive them. If you arrive visibly ill, I may need to reschedule your session for another day. Communication If anything feels unclear or you need help adjusting your appointment, please reach out. I’m happy to help you find the right session length, add‑ons, or timing. These policies are in place to protect the work, the schedule, and the nervous systems of everyone involved — both the client and our staff. Thank you for honoring them with care.
